The Little Black Book

Okay… you’re possibly new to investing in property, you’re about to buy your first fixer-upper (or you’ve just bought it!!!) and now you have to get involved in the “fixing-upping”.

Well, there’s about a 100% chance that you’re going to need a contractor to help you out with at least some of the jobs you’ll have to do to get that place in good shape. Okay… now, who do you know in the various categories?

If you’re new to this… probably no-one. That’s a big problem and you probably won’t realise it until after you’ve been ripped off. Trust me, it can and will happen to the best out there. I’ve been ripped off myself and I’ve lost thousands due to not having the right sort of people to work with.

I’ve compiled my “little black book of reliable contractors” for The Woodlands and put it into a nice pdf document for easy reference. This doc is worth many hours of wasted time and wasted money but I’m going to give it to you for nothing… yup, just go to the following little black book or reliable contractors, provide your name & email address and it will be emailed to you right away. Easy as that and good luck with your rehab. If you have any problems with any of these contractors.. please let me know and I’ll update the list.
